First National Acceptance Company, a subsidiary of First National Bank of America, uses the telephone as an important way to contact current and potential customers both locally and nationwide. Since customer satisfaction is our number one priority, we respect the privacy of our customers and we will not contact anyone who does not desire to receive communication from us by phone. If you would like to add your phone number to our internal Do-Not-Call list please write to the address shown below and include your name, address, and phone number and reference number (if available). You may also make a request via email at Email Us!. Upon receipt of your request we will process your request and will mark your name and phone number in our database as “Do-Not-Call” within 48 hours. As required by law, First National maintains a database with the names and phone numbers of all those who have requested to be put on our internal Do-Not-Call list.

Please note that some State and Federal regulations may permit us to contact you even if your phone number is registered on the federal or state Do-Not-Call lists unless you have specifically requested not to be called by contacting us directly.
