Theodore Rahl was top notch from start to finish. I was uneasy about the legitimacy of a company on the internet but did my due diligence in researching the company. Honestly, they ask for more supporting documents than one might expect from a local bank, but we’re easy to work with and answered all my questions. Theodore even spoke with the gentleman paying on the land contract and answered his questions. He was excited to find they will also refinance them at a later date upon improving their credit and kept all terms the same for them. A professional notary closing specialist was sent to my home to sign papers to transfer the contract. Then, a title company processed the closing check without issue. Looking back, I now wish I had called them years ago to sell multiple contracts. Thanks again Theodore!

04 Nov 2023 I have completed my deed of trust sale. collected my agreed upon purchase price last week, and collect my last payment from that deed today. Tammy Terres was the primary employee I dealt with. I am 100% satisfied with the results' notary was complete at about 1100 hours on the West coast , and I received my deposit wire from the East coast the following day at like 1100 hours. If six stars were possible, Terrell Wade and the team at FNAC would deserve that high of a rating. Terrell worked with me on purchasing a deed of trust that was part of my parent's estate. The transaction was tricky because of paperwork complications, that the house was now a rental, and that the owners spoke no English. Terrell patiently guided the owners through the process, had to reassure them at several times, and successfully closed the deal even though it took nearly 6 months.
