I had received mailings from FNAC for years....and just threw them away as I thought this was some kind of a scam. A couple of months ago I filled out a request on line and the next day received a phone call. Rebecca our FNAC representative was very professional, prompt and kind. She delivered exactly what we needed at the time and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Malissa Richardson initially contacted me six months ago about selling my land contract. I did not want to sell at that time. Six months later I remembered our pleasant and informative conversation and I contacted her specifically and decided to sell. We had an agreed deal on Aug. 9th. Malissa and her team at FNAC promptly sent their requirements to me and I returned documents usually the same day. Malissa kept me up on all the process, both by email and phone. The FNAC team worked everything up and we closed Aug. 26th. Just a short 17 days from start to finish. I may have another land contract coming in the near future and Malissa at FNAC will be my first call. Thank you Malissa and team. This was all handled very pleasantly and professionally. I can't say enough good about the whole process.

I was the trustee for a trust that included a promissory note secured by property in CA. I was concerned that I would not be able to close the estate for the term of the note which was 7 years. Closed on Dec. 22 and received the wire on Dec. 23. They had a mobile notary come out to my apartment so I actually never had to even go to a title company. Definitely recommend these folks.

04 Nov 2023 I have completed my deed of trust sale. collected my agreed upon purchase price last week, and collect my last payment from that deed today. Tammy Terres was the primary employee I dealt with. I am 100% satisfied with the results' notary was complete at about 1100 hours on the West coast , and I received my deposit wire from the East coast the following day at like 1100 hours. There is a three hour difference in time. I did wait until this transaction was totally completed before giving it a 5 star rating, Job well done by First National Acceptance Company , and all employees involved.

If six stars were possible, Terrell Wade and the team at FNAC would deserve that high of a rating. Terrell worked with me on purchasing a deed of trust that was part of my parent's estate. The transaction was tricky because of paperwork complications, that the house was now a rental, and that the owners spoke no English. Terrell patiently guided the owners through the process, had to reassure them at several times, and successfully closed the deal even though it took nearly 6 months.
