Located in East Lansing, Michigan, we have built a reputation in the note buying arena as a leader in the industry.

Responsible for locating and recording the names and addresses of sellers of owner-financed real estate notes.
Positions available nationwide

You will be expected to visit the county courthouse in person on a regular basis in order to keep the research up to date.
Researchers will be paid on a per name basis which often adds up to $15-$20/hour or more!
