First Natl acceptance company has been sending me letters for several years regarding a note I was holding on some real estate. Last fall of 2024 I finally contacted Joe Barnes with First Natl. Initially, I was rather apprehensive about selling the note, but after my first phone conversation with him, I was leaning more towards thinking this is something I might need to seriously consider. He was extremely patient, 99% of the time when I would call he would actually answer the phone and would go over every detail with me again and again until I fully understood. He was never pushy and encouraged me to do what I felt was right. Less than a month ago, I decided to move forward and this process took less than three weeks. I will say it was one of the simplest and less stressful transactions I’ve ever completed in any form. This is an amazing company. They walk you through everything step-by-step explaining the entire process and why. I highly recommend this company and I am extremely satisfied and at peace with the decision I made to move forward and do this. Not only did they purchase the note, they contacted the other party and explain the process to them as well. While this may be their normal practice, I felt they went over and beyond in order to make sure everyone was at ease. Thank you, First Natl acceptance company, Joe Barnes, Brandon. Answered prayers!! We were seeking someone to buy a note but as first time note sellers, we had no idea how to go about it, we were also worried about being scammed. After seeing all the good reviews, we decided to give it a shot. We have had so much going on this last year. We were trying to move some things that required keeping track of and this would be one less thing to not have to worry about. This was easier than any transaction we have done, and the offer was better than the other company we reached out to. Malissa was so good to us, kind, and made the whole process honestly easier than it should have been! Paid right around 30 days!! What a relief. Would absolutely do business again with this company!

Theodore Rahl was top notch from start to finish. I was uneasy about the legitimacy of a company on the internet but did my due diligence in researching the company. Honestly, they ask for more supporting documents than one might expect from a local bank, but we’re easy to work with and answered all my questions. Theodore even spoke with the gentleman paying on the land contract and answered his questions. He was excited to find they will also refinance them at a later date upon improving their credit and kept all terms the same for them. A professional notary closing specialist was sent to my home to sign papers to transfer the contract. Then, a title company processed the closing check without issue. Looking back, I now wish I had called them years ago to sell multiple contracts. Thanks again Theodore!

04 Nov 2023 I have completed my deed of trust sale. collected my agreed upon purchase price last week, and collect my last payment from that deed today. Tammy Terres was the primary employee I dealt with. I am 100% satisfied with the results' notary was complete at about 1100 hours on the West coast , and I received my deposit wire from the East coast the following day at like 1100 hours. There is a three hour difference in time. If six stars were possible, Terrell Wade and the team at FNAC would deserve that high of a rating. Terrell worked with me on purchasing a deed of trust that was part of my parent's estate. The transaction was tricky because of paperwork complications, that the house was now a rental, and that the owners spoke no English. Terrell patiently guided the owners through the process, had to reassure them at several times, and successfully closed the deal even though it took nearly 6 months.
